9/16に落合Soupで開催されるイベント「Tokinogake Night」への前哨戦的なコンピがリリースされました。出演予定の面々による刺激的なトラック揃いです。NYPですが収益はイベントの運営に使われるそうなので是非サポートお願いします！

私の曲「lyrisme météorologique」はシュルティボックスの演奏とそれに反応して音を出すBitwigプロジェクトの合奏の試作的な感じです。リアルタイムで演奏録った後、時間的な改変はせず歪みやEQで音色の加工をしました。

曲のタイトル「lyrisme météorologique」はジョルジュ・ペレック『人生使用法』(原題: La Vie mode d'emploi)の中でとある絵に対する批評として出てくる一節です。

リリース情報：Shuta Hiraki & Shuma Ando『idiorrythmie』

9月1日にLeo Okagawaさんが運営するレーベルzappakより新作『idiorrythmie』がリリースされました。
本作はアンビエント・フォークバンドGrace Cathedral Parkのメンバーであり、フランス文学の研究者でもあるShuma Andoさんとの共作で、長崎県佐世保市の針尾無線塔に楽器（シュルティボックスや打楽器類）、物などを持ち込み、長時間即興で演奏した記録です。
高さ136メートルに及ぶ塔の内部は残響がとても豊かで、その中で楽器を鳴らしたり声を発するのは原始的と表現したくなるような心地よさ、面白さがあります。その感覚が少しでも伝われば嬉しいです。
また、当日は台風の接近により天候が不安定で、演奏中にも雨が強くなってから徐々に晴れていくという変化がありました。録音は（それぞれの間にカットした時間や休憩の時間などあったため完全なリアルタイムではありませんが）時系列順に並べているため、その変化の様子もある程度記録できているかと思います。無線塔は1922年に建てられた古いものであるため、雨は塔内部にも（おそらくは上部に設置された窓などから）入り込み、あちこちに雫が滴ってもいました。

奇しくも録音は昨年の9月2日。ちょうど一年経ったことになりますが、この時期の空気によく馴染む作品なんじゃないかと思います。本日Bandcamp Fridayでもありますし、この機会に是非！！
